Question: I changed spark plugs on my car & 1 of the plugs has oil on it, what should I do

Could this be a big problem?

    Well you are then burning oil in that cylinder. You can run a compression test in that cylinder. Then add small amount of oil to cylinder and run test again. If the compression comes up you have failing rings, if stays the same the culprit is the valve guides/seals.
