Question: I can't change my battery. Something is holding it in.

 Rookie

I can't get the battery out of my 1989 300SE Mercedes. How do I get it out? I don't see anything holding it in.

    Sorry to see you didn't get an answer to your problem, we get a lot of questions and simply cannot get to them all. Did you find what was causing the battery to not come out?

    Remove washer bottle first, it lifts straight out, then remove bracket from base of battery, it will then be removed easily
