Question: i cannot remove the cd changer from behind the drivers seat

how do i get the cd's out of the changer. how do i get the changer out of its slot?

    Should have a door slide it open then there should be a button by the cartridge hit it then it should slide out

    i moved the cover door to the side but the stacker won't come up . the green light comes on but the holders do not come up. thanks for the help. i am going zaney trying to figure this problem out. the cartridge has to come up and then out, it dosent eject.
