Question: I am smelling gas through my vents inside the car when the ac is on or off

and when I turn the car off I can still smell gas.

    Thats an obvious sign you have a fuel leak, get your car to a reputable service shop for an inspection.

    Find the fuel line in the engine compartment, and look for dampness along it up to where it feeds the fuel injectors, you have a ruptured fuel line or fuel line connector.
