Car seems stiff when i turn. had bearings looked at, they said they were not real flexible but not that bad, can they be greased or oiled. what should it cost to replace them?

MasterThese are self-contained bearings and need to be replaced, there is no oiling or re-packing of the grease. But are you sure that that is the problem? here are some shops for a second opinion:
