Literally, while entering the freeway, I have problems accelerating and are pushing the gas peddle to the floor and not going anywhere. The car is only 3 years old just does not seem SAFE nor logical with such a new car.... checking to see if they have had any recalls on this problem..

MasterAs for the poor acceleration, start with a scan of the codes in the Engine Computer. It could be 1 of several sensors that is malfunctioning, a weak fuel pump or plugged fuel filter, a restricted CAT Converter, the list goes on and on.
So start with a scan of the Engine Computer and go from there. Then we can look up bulletins and recalls but first you need some data other than poor acceleration. Your car should still be under warranty, like for large Engine Computer Control Components. Have you called Mercedes about this issue? There are several bulletins, but they are all related to specific fault codes in the Engine Performance Computer.Flag ThisLike0
