2002 Ford Thunderbird Question: hydraulic window

first of all, the window is electric.
the switch for the interior light is the key for your alarm.
you need someone to remove the door panel and check your window operation. you also need someone to check your alarm.
you have 2 separate issues that need to be addressed.

I don't think the interior light is on, is the switch simply stuck? Is it possible that the window being electric has merely blown a fuse? Thank you for your reply, I appreciate it. The alarm only sounds when the door is closed and the indicator shows that the driver's door is open on the illuminated car icon on the dash.
