How long will these batteries last and how much to replace them?

That's a touchy question. Batteries don't have a set life, some last for a ling time and some for less time so I can't predict how long it'll be before you pay thousands, maybe, for a battery set. There's a warrantee period during which there would be coverage, complete or partial, I don't know how Toyota deals with battery problems. Consult a Toyota specialist for better information.
