If I was you I would go on a Chrysler forum and post your problem, people there will know more, also do not post in capitals its hard on the eyes. Good luck

Are you in a pickle or what; First the extended warranty contract should have been inspected to see what it would cover before purchasing the plan. The main issue I see is they don't cover wear items, like the timing belt, and if it has no history of it being replaced on a scheduled maintenance plan, and if the water pump wasn't changed at the same time for preventative maintenance. Any extended warranty does not cover the tear down initially, unless the warranty covers the repair, so you are responcible for the tear down price. As far as the comprehensive coverage, you would have to ask your insurance about the coverage you have.

Whether Chrysler likes the warranty company or not they have to deal with them, on the other hand sounds like you will still need to pay deductibles and won't guarantee you'll get a car back. My advice would be to contact your insurance company full coverage should cover mechanical breakdown you would have to call your insurance and double check. In that case if they decide that car is worth fixing or not but you won't be left stranded. Either you pay your deductible and get it fix or they cut you a check for current car value. Get rid of that warranty it's garbage. Best of luck
