Huntersville Ford
I confirmed by phone that they could work on my Mazda. After mis-diagnosis and wrong part replacement, they claimed that they did not have the proper tools to work on my car and that I was told that from the beginning. They insist on being paid for work done even though everything they did was wrong. They are incompetent and are seemingly willing to tell any lie to cover it up. One star is too generous.
