In 2010, I took my Audi for what would have been very expensive repair. They realized the certified used car was covered under warranty and recommended I take it to the dealer. Saved me a lot. Used them ever since.
A few weeks ago (July 2015) I took my Honda there with repair codes on the dashboard info center (back lit in Orange) - B126. They informed me the car needed front brakes which I knew.
After picking up the vehicle, I noticed the invoice said "oil change" and "front brakes". There was no mention of the other items required by the codes - Rotate tires, replace air cleaner, check pollen filter, check "x, y, z" (long list), and check differential fluid.
I called and they confirmed they did none of it. Worse, they were unapologetic and basically said "oh well". Not sure what changed over the years but it's very disappointing.
