    They were outstanding -- if you have a Volvo in the northern burbs of Chicago, you should be using these guys. Highly knowledgeable, didn't recommend repairs that I *thought* I needed, suggested a few things I missed, and accepted my extended warranty without a problem. Great communication, fast turnaround, documented everything, and overall an outstanding customer experience. Convenient hours too: they open at 7 and don't close until 6, so you actually have a shot at dropping off and picking up outside of work hours."
