Great job (spark plug replacement)... done right and completed ahead of schedule. Initially thought that the quote was a bit high until my Honda dealer quoted the job @ 50% more! Go to HRM for personalized service at an honest price.

I have a 94 Dodge Intrepid that I recently acquired. Although it only had 33000 original miles on it, it had been sitting for a while so the AC was not working at all, and there was a funny rumbling sound in the front. Having owned a car just like it 15 years ago, I was instantly familiar with the sound, as I had replaced a water pump making that sound on the other car. I also noticed some hesitations and missed shifts from the transmission, so decided to take it to HRM after seeing their ad in the local weekend delivery sheet.

First off, the owners are great guys and gave me great customer service. The greeting when I came in the door was friendly and professional, they took the time to listen to my entire description of the problem and took notes, and then he walked out to the car to listen to it run and make sure he knew what noises I was talking about. After we got the paperwork done, he even gave me a ride back up to Springfield Plaza in his own vehicle, and dropped me off with a promise to call with an estimate.

Just over an hour after I left, he called me to tell me that the water pump did need to be replaced, that the transmission diagnostics came back looking good and the problem looked like it could be fixed with a fluid change and flush, and the AC problem was due to low freon level and not a more significant system problem. He quoted me a very reasonable price to take care of all the issues -- right in line with the best guesstimate that I had asked him for earlier -- and said it would be done mid-afternoon. He called back just after lunch to tell me they were done and I could come by to pick it up when I was ready.

The car runs like a new one again -- tranny shifts flawlessly, the rumbling sound is gone, and the AC works like a fiend. Total cost was about $750, right on target for his estimate. I was absolutely thrilled with the service and the no-hassle way they told me what was good and what needed work. I felt like they were completely honest and actually cared whether I came back again - a rare experience in this day and age. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs routine or major work done on their car. A great team, I will use them again when I need work done!
