Question: How would I if the heater coil is broken and need replacing.

passenger floor board soak with water, I noticed this 3 times after heavey rain,also faint smell of antifreeze.

    The dash has to be accessed and pulled back to get to the heater plenum and remove the heater core. Very labor intensive and not the easiest job for the do-it-yourselfer.
