Question: How tough is it to change the coolant hose connector?. I know the part is cheap

The plastic coonector tube has split on the seem and is leaking. How much do you have to remove to get to it?

    Not sure which of the coolant hoses you are replacing.There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect....     I didn't know they don't have BMW in the non professional version. Of the aftermarket manuals the Bentley manual is the only one to get in CD or paper form. You may find one on Amazon or EBay.
