1998 Mercedes-Benz CLK320 Question: HOw to tell if ac blower motor or compressor bad
Answer #1benzservice August 01, 2013, 13:17Rookie
if blower motor is bad would have no air volume, if compressor is bad would have either leaks, noise, or no cold air

The blower motor supplies the air volume into the cabin. The compressor only activates the Freon within the system. Keep in mind there is a blower motor resistor that also provides power (at different levels) to the blower motor.

there is no change in air at different levels So Id say the blower motor it is
Is this a difficult job to replace
the blower motor?
Thank you very much
