heater blower fan does not stop even when the engine is turned off

    try unplugging blower control resister

    This happens when the blower control module shorts out. You can usually pull the fuse that is labeled HVAC/Blower (or something similar) or simply go straight to the blower motor and unplug it (will have a purple and black pair of wires running to it)

    Removing the HVAC fuse or low or high blower fuses did not stop the fan.I am loosening the battery post to stop the fan and retightening it to start the car and the fan start to run again.
    I will appreciate a suggestion to solve/ correct the problem
