Question: How to stop bad vibrations coming from the motor?

It vibrates while idiling and driving down the road its worse like the engine is going to fly apart. The guy who had it before i did ran it hot and said he did a head job on it, could something be warped and causing this problem?

    Is there a Check Engine Light on? If so codes stored in the computer may indicate what is wrong. Its hard to guess without being able to drive the car to determine if it is an engine misfire (ignition or fuel related perhaps) or whether it is an internal engine or drive train imbalance. Another possibility is a bad engine mount.
