Subject: DAMAGE OF CAR WHILE TOWING

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a daily traveller from Ghaziabad to Gurgaon by Indigo Manza ( UP-14 BC ,7300) , on 13th evening the clutch got failed ( Grievance no -1 ,within 03 months from first warantty replacement at M/s Sreenathjee motors) . I somehow managed to park the car near Sarojini Nagar Market .

Grievance no-2 ( the customer service number - 18002097979 is not working in night hours) , it gives a continous busy tone whole night I kept trying .
On 14th th call was connected to cutomer service helpline ms Abhinya Bhaskaran connected the call to towing agency (M/s Sita Crane) and the towing person reached at 10.00 am with crane.I have handed over one eye bolt from tool kit , however after trying for 10 minutes he told it is not getting fitted so he will fix hook , I agreed as I don’t have any idea.

One more thing Abhinya told that as the distance is beyond 30 Kms from S N Market to Vasant Kunj I have to pay Rs 200 as lumpsum ( Grievance no -3 , anyone can check the distance between S.N Market and Vasant Kunj and justify for Rs 200)

During towing the car was dropped 3-4 times due to speed variations as I found the driver was drunk and not understanding hindi, the problem aggrevated when the car was hit badly from bottom at Hayat (speed breaker) and all coolant from Radiator was lost.

Now finally the car reached at Auto Links , Mr Vipin Tyagi was the person who attended me and convinced me that the clutch failure will be analysed and rectified . I informed him the incidence of radiator and condenser damage during towing , he told to inform at Toll free number . I did the same thing and I was informed by Ms Abhinya that the damage will be repaired and I don’t have to worry.
After hearing this I paid the Rs 200 ( unjustified ) to the crane operator.

Now Mr Vipin Tyagi is telling that he has not recd any mail for repair from emergency breakdown department and when I tried emergency breakdown department then they confrenced me with person of M/s sita Crane , he is not agreeing to bear the damage charges .

Grievance no- 4 , how am I responsible for damage done by towing person arranged by Tata Motors ?.

I faced lot of inconvenience and leave from office , that is immaterial and now these guys are asking me to pay.

Please suggest and resolve otherwise I have to take other measures.
