Nissan have a bulletin about reprogramming the on board computer to lower the idle speed if it is too high after cleaning or replacing the throttle body. The test procedures listed in the service manual all require the use of the Nissan scantool. Check ignition timing see that it is in specification (spec is on decal under the hood), the idle speed should be controlled by the idle speed control motor.
