i am geting water mix with oil and car is over heateing

    not an easy job for beginner i recommend to find a good repair shop in your area.

    remove intake, remove exhaust, mark timing belt and remove, remove head bolts...pull head (reverse to install)

    tow it to a shop its more for a pro to do than a diy

    Agree with ebans and global, this is not for the novice. If you have to ask you should not attempt this. You need several special tools that prohibit removal and re-installation of the cylinder head.
