Most metal brake lines that start leaking due to rust. Road salts get them. This type of repair is one of things that I cannot estimate unless I am looking at up on a lift. Its a time and material type job. Most are not too bad but it really depends how far the rust has gone and where the brake lines run. They are run along frame rail and may disapear behind a fuel tank or something else. The lines can be cut reflared and a union fittings put in but it has to done in a good place on the line that is free of rust.
