1995 BMW M3 Question: how to replace the winshield wiper motor on a 1995 bmw m3

the winshield wiper's stop in the top position instead of at the bottom of the windshield where they should. i have looked at where the windshield motor is and it looks very hard to get out!

    My labor guide says it takes 1.7 hours to replace but I would look at the fuses, and test the switch and power to the motor first.
    There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect....     motor works and the fuses are fine, its the location of the motor that makes it difficult to remove.
