1996 Honda Civic Question: How to replace the fuel line?

Autopart stores usually carry fuel line repair kits. I'd try and remove that plastic cover and try and locate where leak is coming from. Norally you can remove and splice in a repair. You may want to though consider taking in for service due to difficulty working under car like that with standard jack plus just danger of possible accident with any fuel.
