Question: How to replace the cabin a/c filter

 Rookie

I have the cabin a/c filter and according to user's manual push down on the glove box lid. I unhooked the side cable but reluctant to push much harder to get the door to drop so I can replace the filter. Need help thanks. Darrell Sorenson

     Master

    Push in the sides to drop the door, can push pretty hard without damage! Filter is then easy to replace.

    Thank you much. My owner's manual has pictures taking one hand on back of the door and another on the front and pushing downward firmly. That did not make sense your answer makes more sense can't wait to try. Again thanks
