Question: how to replace rear outer axle bearing

axle bearing making noise and need to replace. want to know if I need to remove axle from diff.

    yes you will have to remove the axle, but it is just a CV type of axle, so it's really pretty simple. Then you can remove the rear hub and replace the bearing, which will have to be pressed out and the new one pressed back in to place. This may require a machine shop if you don't a press and the skills.
