is it one piece or do you have to replace the whole camshaft or head

The sprocket comes off. There is I believe, a 15mm bolt on the end. I usually use an air tool to take it off, so the camshaft does not spin. Be sure to have the camshaft secured so it does not spin, or the valves will bend on your Prelude, which is an interference ( means it will bend the valves if the cams are out of time with the pistons) .
