how to replace AC/Heat blower control switch

    Removal and Installation

    Disconnect the battery ground cable.
    Remove the climate control assembly: Remove the headlamp switch knob.
    Remove the headlamp switch knob.
    Rotate the headlamps switch bezel counterclockwise and remove.

    Remove the audio unit. (Radio)
    Remove the instrument panel finish panel.
    Remove the screws.
    Disconnect the electrical connectors.

    Remove the climate control assembly.

    Disconnect the vacuum and electrical connectors.

    Remove the climate control assembly.
    To install, reverse the removal procedure.

    Remove the climate control switch knobs.
    Disconnect the vacuum harness connector.

    Disconnect the A/C-heater function selector switch connector.

    Remove the A/C-heater function selector switch.
    Remove the screw.
    Remove the A/C-heater function selector switch.

    Disconnect the temperature control switch connector.

    Remove the temperature control switch.
    Remove the screw.
    Remove the temperature control switch.

    Disconnect the heater blower motor switch connector.

    Remove the heater blower motor switch (18578).
    Remove the screw.
    Remove the heater blower motor switch.

    To install, reverse the removal procedure.
