it's the driver side window, yes it is broken.
I tried to replace it but, i couldn't get the window back in on track to tighten it down.
The motor is out also.

The glass must be mounted to the window regulator. It's unfortunately kind of hard to explain and there is no manual that explains how to get the glass in the track. It's just something you do with effort, trial and error. Experienced hands know the trick, but for the rest of us (who don't replace door glass every day), educated guessing and carefuly attempts are all we can try.
