It is coming out at the gearbox or the pump? You either have a damaged gearbox case or a blockage in the lines somewhere creating too much pressure.

It's probably too big a job to tackle at home but if its any help, there is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars..
