1993 Honda Accord Q&A

1993 Honda Accord Question: how to remove the starter??

Answer 1
It's been a while since i did a starter on this year. Follow the red/positive battery cable and it will be connected to your starter solenoid.(part of starter) I believe it is under the air filter tube on the drivers side. Disconnect both battery cables on battery. Remove air filter assembly. Remove 2 wires on starter(red battery cable and small wire next to it) There are only 2 bolts that hold the starter to the engine. Remove those 2 and starter should pull right out. Possibly 13mm or 14mm socket. -
