How to remove front brake calipers? on 2003 Mazda Mazda6

There is only one caliper bolt on top and it pivots at the bottom.

There are 2 bolts holding the caliper in place. You will need an 18mm Allen Head wrench, or one that fits into a socket would be better. Just removing the one bolt at the top and trying to pivot might work, but the brake line will hold it back. I found it easier to remove both bolts and remove the one bolt holding the brake line by the shock to give enough 'play' to remove the caliper.
