How to pass emissions? on 1993 Dodge Caravan

My van failed emissions due to a high CO (20.03) and a high NOX (4.42). How can I get these numbers lowered in ordered to pass emissions.

There is no way to know without testing the vehicle. You could have a problem with a sensor, wiring, computer or catalitic converter. You will have to have the vehicle tested by a knowledgeble tech.

I have a 1997 3.0 Dodge Caravan that is currently not passing the emission test and they said is a p0743 code Converter Clutch System Electrical. What i need to get this fixed? how much it cost ?
