Question: How to install screws in fiberglass front end for license plate?

My 2008 toyota camry has 2 small holes in front end for (I guess a license plate). I want to install this license plate I have, but do I have to drill through these holes first or just buy self-threading screws for plate?

    Fiberglass is tough to screw into without a pilot hole, just try a small screw and see how well it screws into the hole, then once you know what size is needed go to the hardware store and buy stainless screws so they don't rust.
