Question: How to fix windshield wiper?

 Rookie

My drivers side wiper is in the upright position and it wont go back down. the passenger side wiper is working great, just the drivers side wont move at all

    Theres a nut under a cap at the end of the wiper arm where it contacts cowel. The cap needs to be removed (14mm) and with the wipers off move the wiper where it belongs then tighten the nut and check operation before installing cap.
