How to fix the timing ? on 1991 Honda Accord

Didn't pass the smog test because the timing is off. So I want to know the procedures in fixing the timing on a 1991 Honda Accord SE

Yea because when i took it to get smogged they told me that my timing was off and it wuldnt pass unless it gets fixed
