    There is no drain for the tank I drop the tank down enough to access a large hose and use a safe siphon I think I got at Harbor freight for $15. Using an electric pump could cause a spark!

    Some questions.
    Why are you draining, will it need to be cleaned out afterward?

    Safety is a priority.
    Removing the tank with fuel in it is dangerous, so the majority of the fuel will need to be siphoned out prior to removal.
    You will not be able to get all the fuel out without removing the tank.
