Question: How to change an O2 sensor

I'm going to be changing the B1S2 sensor in my car, and I already have the part and know exactly where it is - what I don't know is if I have to have a specific torque or anything? Can't find much info on changing it anywhere online, went through alldata and had nothing specified so. Not sure where to go from here, but would like to know before I change it so I don't ruin it..

    ITS EASY YOU NEED A 7/8 " WRENCH TO REMOVE IT SLOWLY SO YOU DON'T STRIP THREADS AND USE SOME WD40 ON IT. THE NEW SENSOR SHOULD COME WITH SOME THREAD DRESSING MAKE SURE U USE IT, INSTALL IN REVERSE ORDER. MAKE SURE YOU DON'T STRESS THE WIRES TO HARENESS.

    Thanks, yea it came with the thread dressing and everything, my only question left is the harness; on a scale of one to ten how difficult is that to work with? I work at a dealership so I have all the tools I need, I just want to get it done myself so I don't have to pay labor, I have a knack for working on cars as well as unlimited access to alldatapro so I'm not too worried about installing it incorrectly, just would like an idea of the delicate parts of the process. Thanks for your help so far though :) definitely appreciated.

    Yea I saw a video, guy used a flathead to pop the clip open on the harness, was just going to do the same as him. Thanks, I'll let you know how it goes
