How to adjust the Throttle Position Sensor? on 1993 Toyota T100

I have my T-100 running at 1500 RPM's all the time. A friend told me the it may be the throttle position sensor out of adjustment. How I be sure of this?

I would say it is more likely to be an air intake issue. That is, air is getting into the intake manifold that is not being asked for. This can be caused by a gasket leak, a vacuum leak, a hose being disconnected...etc. Sensors like that don't go out of adjustment all by themselves...and adjustment to things that even can be adjustable (which are very limited these days) should always be avoided.
