2000 Subaru Outback Question: How Much would it cost to fix my car, or would it be considered totaled?

2 tires blown off the rim 1 flatt tire, 1 broken rim,broken heated power mirrior,broken part of front bumper, broken back bumper, loose headlight,2 blown out (back windows ,main and one side)broken gas cover just the part that covers the gas cap. 1 minor dent almost taking out the door handle one BIG Dent causing the bumper to be broken, and a broken off peice that is near the tire that says subaru its a medium size plastic piece I think thats all of the damage didnt look under the car but someone looked at it that use to look at cars and said there is a great possibility the frame is twisted.(How did this happen, two teenage boys crossed the double solid lines to pass me and cut me directly off, i swerved turned my steering wheel completly to turn and let go closed my eyes i did a 180 my car hit something causing it to fly backwards up over a little hill side like 1 foot and a sign stopped my car via running over it backwards,1 person stopped he said i looked like i was just parked and he stayed with me till my dad and the cops came.The kids in the other car fled the scene i am not much older than them either.).......more information another person looked at it and said there is suspension damage its getting evaluated friday.

    If you have full coverage insurance this damage will probably total this vehicle, but at least the insurance company can pay for the damages and you can have it repaired or replaced
