My car has to be forced accelerated to go from stopped to moving its stuck at 4rpm and won't go over 30 miles an hour. Started today out of no where. I'm thinking my transmission is basically shot and I could replace it instead of buying another car. How much would it cost me?

there could be a lot of other causes besides the transmission. one very likely cause could be the catalytic converter being plugged or an exhaust restriction. take your car to a reputable repair place and have them give you an diagnosis. you sure wouldn't want to spend what a trans. will cost if thats not your problem.

Sadly it was the transmission and decided to cut my losses now. Say goodbye to a great car minus the transition being dead.
