How much to replace a diagnostic connector on 1996 Toyota Corolla

A faulty diagnostic connector has been determined. Should it be repaired or replaced and how much will it cost?

I presume the data link connector has damaged pins or the pins cannot be pushed back to fully seat in the connector. Toyota probably want to sell a full harness or sub harness, may be best to enter "wrecking yards" in google and look for a connector and harness on line. Make sure the connectors are soldered and properly insulated during the repair.
