2004 Ford Escape Question: how much should it be to replace the GEM module?

The problem is the radio stays on even with the keys out of the ignition, the batter drains but if I remove the fuse for the radio the car is fine.

    module is about 500. labor is 1 hour. it has to be flashed with the info for your vehicle.
