DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW MUCH OIL TO PUT IN A NEW COMPRESSOR WHEN REPLACING IT ON A 2004 HONDA CRV? I HAVE A HONDA REPAIR MANUAL, BUT IT IS VAGUE ON THIS INFORMATION. IT MENTIONS 4 1/3 OZ AND ALSO SPECIFIES CERTAIN AMOUNTS IN DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE SYSTEM. I NEED TO KNOW HOW MUCH OIL TO PUT IN THE COMPRESSOR ONLY.

ANY HELP APPRECIATED

Try draining the old compressor, measure the amount of oil and add that much new oil. The presumes none leaked out!
