Question: How much is a Transaxle??? how much is the labor???

My Honda does a strange kick when i put into D4 and the ncheck enegine light went on and i went to a dealership and they told me that i needed a new transmission but when when i went to another place they said it's the transaxle...

    Labor guide says about 9 hours to remove and replace transmission, transfer parts and flush lines. Transmission price will depend on if the transmission is rebuilt "in house" or sent out for repairs, what is wrong and what warranty comes with the transmission.
