when i'm sitting at a traffic light then i try and take off, the engine revs but the car slowly takes off, also sometimes when i have the car in drive and i stop the car won't move and i have to put it in park then back in drive and wait for the car to switch gears. does that mean my transmission is going out?

    sounds like you're low on transmission fluid. it might be
    less expensive to have a good local MB specialty shop just
    check the fluid level BEFORE you replace the transmission!
    btw, your car uses MB trans fluid, which is not the same
    fluid as plain old ATF.
