Rookie
When I step on my accelerator i have to pat on it about 3 to 4 times , and then it will start to run just fine.

MasterThis is indicating a problem other than the throttle cable (which this vehicle doesn't have) You'll need to get it checked out by a shop to determine the actual problem.
