This depends on the engine size. We will need that information in order to give you a correct answer. The 6.0L holds 6 Quarts. It's always best to check the oil level after putting in what is recommended. To reset the light there are a couple of ways to do so but the easiest is to turn the ignition key to the run position without starting the vehicle and depress the gas pedal 3 times to the floor. Once you do that the change engine oil will display in the information center. Turn the key off and then start the vehicle. At this time the oil life should have reset and your good to go.
