At one time my husband was told that our Trailblazer takes 7 quarts of oil on an oil change. The last oil change I had shows only 5 and the technian said it was correct and full. Can you tell me if the Chevy Trailblazer takes 5 or 7 quarts on a change?

JourneymanThe 4.2 Inline 6 takes 7 quarts with an oil and filter change.
