failed emmissions but i changed my o2 sensor

    You should have tow 02 sensors on your 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier. One will be in front of the catalytic converter, most likely in the exhaust manifold and the other will be behind the catalytic converter. Before replacing any more parts perhaps you could let me know why your Cavalier failed its emissions test. If you can tell me what part of the test caused your failure I may be able to help your determine the cause.

    my check engine light been on and when i went to emissions i failed the paper said o2 sensor, so i had it replaced my check engine light went off for a day i went back to get the emissions and failed again for the same reason.
